Created for the first time in 2007, owner Marc de Grazia believes rosé should have "the body of a white wine and the soul of a red". Made from Nerello Mascalese and a little Nerello Capuccio. Made in the same style as Provençal rosé - the grapes are picked especially for rosé wine and given just a few hours of skin contact in the press to extract colour. A gastronomic rosé that is always released a year later than its cousins from France.
