Biodynamic and Organic Sancerre. Stephane Riffault, son of Claude, studied winemaking in Burgundy, which is apparent when you taste his wines. The mastery of minerality standing shoulder–height with the wood is rarely duplicated in Sancerre. Citrus and orchard fruits, chalky minerality, some herbal notes.
